Eligibility Criteria for AASL Supervisor Recruitment 2020
Education Qualification: Candidates should have a Graduation in any discipline from any recognized University with the ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with the local language. It is mandatory for candidates must possess valid BCAS AVSEC (12 days’ new pattern) certificate.
Age limit & Relaxation: Required upper age limit for these post is 33 years as on 15/02/2020. Relaxation will be available by 05 years for SC / ST candidates & 03 years for OBC candidates and for Ex-Servicemen as per rules.
Physical Standard:

Selection Process:

Salary Scale:
Selected candidates will be paid Rs. 22371/- as per month remuneration as per Company’s policy with additional Rs. 1500/- on acquiring the X-Ray Screening certificate and Rs. 1000/- on acquiring BCAS basic AVSEC Certificate.
Fixed Term Employment Agreement:
Candidates would be required to execute a Fixed-term employment Agreement to serve the Company for a period of 5 years which may be extended based on requirements of the company and performance of the candidates.
