Eligibility Criteria for Ananda Chandra Commerce College Admission:
Students who have passed the H.S./equivalent examination in 2017 can be eligible for application. Only the students who passed the H.S. examination in 2018, 2019 & 2020 can be eligible to apply provided that they have not appeared in any examination at graduation level under North Bengal University. Students who passed Patrachar/Correspondence Courses/Open school are not eligible for admission to the courses offered by the college.
Eligibility for General Course: Those who pass the HS (10+2) or equivalent examinations from any recognized Board are eligible for getting enrolled in any degree college subject to availability of seats in the general Stream. The College admits students as per the merit list prepared after receiving applications from the candidates.

Admission will be strictly on a merit basis.
The formula for calculation of merit:=(2xs+t)/6, where s stands for the subject, and t stands for the subjects are Eng + subject in hons+two other high scoring subjects.
Formula simplified:
I. For Hons in English: 4 x English + other two high scoring subjects
II. For Hons in Bengali: 3 X Bengali +English + two other high scoring subjects
While calculating the aggregate of Marks of best four passed subjects is to be considered excluding compulsory Environmental education/studies.
