About Behala College:
Behala College was established as a Grants-in-Aid State Government sponsored College in the year 1963 affiliated to the University of Calcutta under the Refugee Rehabilitation Scheme of the Government of India. The College has been re-accredited with grade ‘A’ in the second cycle of assessment by NAAC It was recognized under section 2f by UGC in 1982. Over the years the college has consolidated its position as a premier academic institution in the southern fringes of Kolkata. Eligibility Criteria for Behala College Admission 2021
Educational Qualification: Student should have pass class 12th with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate and 45% marks in the subject or related subject.
For SC / ST candidates the total aggregate marks would be 45% and the subject marks would consider as 40%
However, for the General course, students should score 35% in total subjects (best of 5)
Behala College Admission Merit List:
Aggregate marks mean the sum of marks obtained in the best scored four subjects in the (+2) stage Exam as per Calcutta University norms. Any application not satisfying the Admission criteria is liable to be canceled.
