CBSE CTET Admit Card 2019 – Exam date, Exam Pattern

CBSE CTET Admit Card 2019: CBSE has announced the CTET Examination date for this year. the examination will be held on the 8th of December 2019. The Central Teaching Eligibility Test (CTET) application process begins on 19th August. Candidates who have registered their name for CTET Examination can download their CBSE CTET Admit Card 2019. Admit Card will be available on the official website of CBSE which is www.ctet.nic.in.

CTET 2019 December Exam is scheduled on 08/12/2019 in two sessions. Paper-I will be held in the morning session from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm and Paper-II will be conducted in the evening session from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Eligibility Criteria for CBSE Central Eligibility Test 2019

Education Qualification:

Primary Stage – Any One Of These
Candidates should pass class 12th (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.
Class 12th (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*.
Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)

Elementary Stage – Any One Of These

Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed (Special Education)
Any candidate having qualified B.Ed. The program recognized by the NCTE is eligible to appear in TET/CTET. Moreover, as per the existing TET guidelines circulated vide NCTE letter dated 11-02-2011, a person who is pursuing any of the teacher education courses (recognized by the NCTE or the RCI, as the case may be) specified in the NCTE Notification dated 23rd August 2010 is also qualified to appear in the TET/CTET.

Age Limit: The minimum age limit to apply for CTET 2019 Exam is 18 years. However, there is no upper age limit.

How To Download the CTET Admit Card 2019 December Session

  • Visit the official Portal of CTET 2019
  • Click the ‘Admit Card’ link.
  • Enter the issued CTET Registration Number and Date of Birth.
  • The admit card will appear on the computer screen.
  • Download & Print Your CTET Admit Card

CTET Exam Schedule 2019

CBSE will conduct three different examinations for various class Stages. Mainly there two papers in total. Paper I for the candidates who wish to be a teacher in Primary Stage (I – V), Paper-II is for Upper Primary Stage (VI – VII) Teacher. If any Candidates appeared for both paper & also qualified, he/she will be eligible for both stages (I – VII). All questions will be in the MCQ pattern and each question will carry 1 mark.
