Eligibility Criteria for Defence Institute of Advanced Technology Recruitment 2021:

Educational Qualification:
For this post, candidates should have PhD degree in the relevant subject with a Master‘s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale, wherever the grading system is followed in the department-specific area of specialization, as per Para 3 above, from an
Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.

Age limit & Relaxation:
For Professor general candidates age should not be more than 62 years and for Assistant Professor the age is not more than 40 years as of 31/07/2021. The maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC & ST, 3 years for OBCNC, 10 years for PwBD(UR),13 years for PwBD (OBCNC), and 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST) candidates.

Interested candidates have to download the blank application form (attached to this advertisement) from the website diat.ac.in of sending the scanned copy of their duly filled application form along with a self-attested photocopy of all essential documents. All candidates are advised to take a printout of the application for future reference.

Selection Process:
The selection process will be purely provisional subject to confirmation that they satisfy the prescribed eligibility conditions. After shortlisted the applications form candidates are called for document verification and then a test will be conducted and then an interview will happen.

Application fee of `500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) is payable separately for each post
which should be in the form of crossed DD drawn in favour of “Vice-Chancellor, D.I.A.T.(DU), PUNE”, payable at State Bank of India, Girinagar Branch (Code 02155), PUNE-411025, duly enclosed along with the application before 31/08/2021 (1700h).
