IBPS Clerk Exam 2019: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection(IBPS) conducts a common written exam(CWE) every year for the recruitment of clerical cadre in multiple banks all over the country. It is a great entry-level job for those who want to work in the banking sector. IBPS conducts the IBPS Clerk CWE exam in two stages, namely, Preliminary and Main. IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern 2019

Candidates should have a clear idea about the IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern and the detailed selection process. The clerk exam is conducted in two phases, namely, Preliminary and Main. Candidates who will qualify Preliminary will be eligible to appear in IBPS Clerk 2019 Mains in the third week of January 2019.

IBPS Clerk Preliminary Exam
It will be conducted in the Computer-based mode of examination. The duration for the IBPS Clerk prelims exam is 1 hour. The three sections are timed separately. Candidates will have to finish each of the sections within 20 minutes. It will carry a total of 100 multiple-choice questions. Each question consists of 01 marks.

IBPS Clerk Main Exam 2019
IBPS Clerk CWE VIII exam will also be an online exam. The question paper will contain 200 MCQs of one mark each. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. The total time duration for this section will be 120 Minutes and each section has a separate timing, which means there is separate time allotted for each section and candidates must finish off each of these sections within the allotted time. The exam paper will be divided into five sections

IBPS Clerk CWE VII Exam Syllabus

The preliminary examination consists of three sections, they are Reasoning, English Language, and Numerical Ability. Each of these sections has multiple subheadings to focus on when preparing for Clerk CWE.

Mains Examination. In addition to these two, the other subjects are General Awareness and Computer Knowledge. General Awareness is based on Banking Sector awareness. Candidates should prepare as per the syllabus.
