Eligibility Criteria for Kolkata Police Recruitment 2017
Academic Qualification:
MCA 1st Class/M.Sc. 1st Class in Computer Science/IT, BE 1st Class in Computer Science/IT, B.Tech. 1st Class in Computer Science/IT. Experience of 5 years as Security & Network Administrator/Software Developer in Govt. Project Skill in software design, development, documentation & implementation support 5 years experience as a Software Developer in Govt. Project Skills and Experience do matter for various posts. To know more read the official notification carefully. BE / MCA / B.Tech. / M.Sc. & OEM L2 Certification on System / / B.Sc. (Computer Science) / Graduation with Certificate in Computer Applications OR PGDCA / Server-Linux or Server-Windows /BCA / DOEACC level-A Course of 03 years duration or equivalent from recognized university/institute with its skill in installation, maintenance of application Software & DBMS implementation support will be required.
Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates’ age limit will be 35 years as on date- 01.01.2017. Age relaxation will be as per government rules. Relaxation of 5 years will be available for the SC/ST Candidates. 3 years for the OBC-A/OBC-B candidates.
