Eligibility criteria for Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2021
Academic Qualification:
Candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Law from a national law school or a recognized university or equivalent. Candidates are required to submit the experience certificate issued by the Bar association in support of the claim of practice.
Experience:
Candidates have a minimum experience of two years at bar/court dealing with criminal laws and fiscal laws.
Age limit & Relaxation:
For this post candidates, ages should not be more than 32 years. Other category candidates like Sc/St /OBC /PWD/ age relaxation will be as per the government of India rule.
