Eligibility Criteria for National Thermal Power Corporation Recruitment 2022
Education Qualification:
› Executive Trainees (Finance)– For this post, candidates should have qualified CA/CMA from respective institution/university norms.
› Executive Trainees (Finance)– MBA in Finance OR Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in Finance.
› Executive Trainees (Human Resources) – Graduates with at least 02 years full-time Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Post-Graduate Program in Management with specialization in Human Resource/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management or Masters in Social Work or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR.
Age limit And Relaxation:
For this post general category candidates, ages should not be more than 29 years. The maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC & ST, 3 years for OBCNC, 10 years for PwBD (UR),13 years for PwBD (OBCNC), and 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST) candidates.
