Eligibility Criteria for West Bengal Judicial Service Exam 2021 – Apply for WBPSC Job
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a degree in law from any University or institute affiliated to any University recognized by State Government or Central Government with Enrolment as an advocate in the roll of Bar Council of any State or Union Territory in India on the date of advertisement for the examination and ability to read write and speak in Bengal.
Age Limit & Relxation:
The required age limit for the post will be between 23 years to 35 years as of 10/07/2021. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC and ST candidates and by 03 years for OBC candidates of West Bengal.
How To Apply:
Candidates can apply online mode only. The application portal will be open from 14th July 2021 till 05th August 2021.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the examination. The Examination will be held in three successive stages (i) Preliminary Examination (MCa Type), (ii) Final Examination (Conventional Type – Written), and (iii) Personality Test. Several candidates to be selected on the Preliminary Examination results will be allowed admission to the Final Examination. Several candidates to be selected on the Final Examination results will be called to appear at the Personality Test.
Application fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 210/- with other charges through online mode while filling up the online application fee. No Exemption of fee is available to SC & ST candidates of other states.
