Eligibility Criteria For COAL India 1326 Management Trainee Recruitment 2020
Educational qualification:
Mining / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Coal Preparation / Systems – Candidates should have BE / B.Tech / B.Sc in relevant branch or MCA with minimum 60% marks.
Materials Management – Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2 years full-time MBA / PG Diploma in Management with minimum 60% marks.
Finance & Accounts – Qualified CA / ICWA
Personnel & HR / Marketing & Sales – Graduation with at least two years of full-time Post Graduation degree / PG Diploma / MBA from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% marks and experience in the relevant work field.
Age Limit:
Requited upper age limit for this recruitment is 30 years as on 01/04/2020 for General and EWS category.
Relaxation:
The upper age limit will be relaxable by 03 years for OBC candidates, 05 years for SC / ST candidates, 10 years for PWD candidates and 05 years for the domicile of J&K as per government rule.

Selection Process:
The selection will be made by the candidate’s performance on Computer-Based Online Test followed by Personal Interview. List of candidates who are provisionally shortlisted for the Interview after examination will be uploaded on the CIL website.
Salary Scale:
Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E-2 Grade in the scale of pay of ` 50,000 – 1,60,000/- at the initial Basic of ` 50,000/- per month during the training period.
Service Agreement Bond: Appointed candidates are required to serve the company for a minimum period of 60 months from the date of joining the company. The candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond of ` 3 Lakhs (Rupees Three Lakhs) for the same at the time of joining.
Application fee:
Candidates are required to pay Rs. 1000/- as Non-Refundable application fee through Online mode only while fill up the application form. SC / ST / PwD candidates / Employees of Coal India Limited and its Subsidiaries are exempted from the payment of application fee.
