PA (Stenographer-Grade-ii) No. of posts-02

Pay band (as per 6th CPC): – [Rs. 5,200 – 20,200] Grade Pay: – Rs.2400/-

Jr. Accountant: No. of posts-07

Pay band: – [Rs. 5,200 – 20,200] Grade Pay:- Rs.2800/-

LDC: No. of posts-12

Pay band: – [Rs. 5,200 – 20,200] Grade Pay:- Rs.1900/-

Applicants should remember that  The period of deputation will initially for a period of three years and can be extended by two more years if required in the exigencies of public service.

Eligibility criteria:

Age restriction as per the authority prescribed on their official notification. The age of the applicant shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

Education qualification:
Qualifications for PA (Stenographer-Ii)
Applicants should 12th Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University, Skill Test norms: Dictation; 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute, Transcription: 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi. On Computer.

Junior Accountant:
Officials holding same /analogous posts III various ministries/ departments of Central/State Govt./PSUs on regular basis, or LDCs who have rendered not less than eight years of regular service in the grade, or UDCs that have rendered not less than three years of regular service in the grade.

Education criteria for Lower Division Clerk:
Candidates willing to apply for the posts should 12th Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University, A typing speed 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on the computer.

Notes: The applicants to the above posts should have sufficient exposure to a basic working knowledge of computers in all the modules of MS Office including the knowledge of the internet to send/receive e-mails.
